Amanda works with councils across Scotland to support leadership development, workforce planning and organisational development. Her work focuses on helping councils build capacity, strengthen practice and create the conditions for improvement, transformation and positive culture change. 

She leads the Organisational Development Network, whose members include OD colleagues from councils and partner organisations across Scotland.

Amanda has over 25 years’ experience in Scottish local government, working in organisational development, leadership development, and workforce development.
