Fi has a PhD in Digital Culture and Multimedia. Her background is in HSCP digital transformation, digital service design and digital inclusion as well as learning and development.
She has co-managed National Scottish Government projects such as Digital Lifelines. She has been integral to the creation of Communities of Learning and Playbooks in the Digital Inclusion in Mental Health and Housing spaces across Scotland.
Fi is a champion for Neurodivergence and was the recipient of a Highly Commended Award for the second year running in the Digital Women Awards in the category Digital Woman for Good.
