Frances Ross

Frances has specialised in Employment and Discrimination Law since qualifying in 2005.

She has defended equal pay claims on behalf of 17 local authorities and represented public sector bodies in relation to claims of sex, age, race, disability, sexual orientation, pregnancy and maternity and religion or belief discrimination. Recently she has been working with local authority clients on matters including re-investigation of historic disciplinary issues, sensitive disciplinary processes involving senior officers, access to facilities for trans employees, reasonable adjustments and the duty to prevent sexual harassment.
