Graham has been a qualified solicitor since 1998 and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law and Discrimination Law.

He has advised and successfully represented numerous local authorities at Tribunal over the years.

He has a particular interest in disability, redundancy, TUPE and holiday pay. Graham sits on the Law Society Employment Law Sub-Committee.
