Graham started as a trainee solicitor in Glasgow 30 years ago this year and has spent nearly all of that time as an Employment lawyer.  He has been accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law and Discrimination Law.

He has advised, trained and successfully represented numerous local authorities at Tribunal over the years. He has a particular interest in Equal Pay, Discrimination and whistleblowing.
