With over 30 years experience in a breadth of senior leadership and management roles in blue-chip organisations, Jo is a cultural change champion and a professionally accredited Coach, who firmly believes that coaching changes lives. She is now a passionate advocate of the impact of coaching, and is on a mission to help as many organisations, teams and individuals to think differently through the power of coaching.

Jo tells impactful stories from her 30 year career, and draws on her own leadership and coaching expertise, as well as her understanding of psychology and human behaviour. She inspires her audiences to think differently and to be inspired to know that they have potential within them, and through the power of their own conversations, they can impact peoples lives forever and organisational results.
