NEREO’s function is to support local authorities and partner organisations in the fields of Human Resources, Organisational Development and Employee Relations in all their complex and varied forms.
NEREO is a small organisation with a big reputation. Our staff have over a hundred years experience of working in the public sector. Some have voluntary and private sector experience too.
The Governance of NEREO is carried out by an Executive Committee made up of Elected Member representatives from each of the local authorities.
