He has worked at board level for the past 19 years with 15 years of that spent working closely with HR professionals across employee benefits and engagement, learning and development and recruitment and ran a successful consulting business in the Middle East for a couple of years.

Andy is passionate about trying to help make a difference in people’s working lives. His work at Rest Less is specifically looking at support and inspiration for the growing generation of over 50’s.
