In her early years as a specialist OH practitioner, Caroline worked as an OH clinician for a number of Local Authorities, providing employee and employer advice.

For the past 15 years has been involved in managing OH service delivery in several Local Authorities, providing guidance to clients in relation to staff health and wellbeing and supporting them to promote and protect the health of their workforce. Local authority work is a particular interest of Carolyn’s as she enjoys dealing with the variety of work roles and the differing associated health benefits and hazards.
