Frances Ross
Frances has specialised in Employment and Discrimination Law since qualifying in 2005.
She has defended equal pay claims on behalf of 17 local authorities and represented public sector bodies in relation to claims of sex, age, race, disability, sexual orientation and religion or belief discrimination.  Recently she has been working with local authority clients on matters including TUPE, Health & Social Care Integration, restructuring, voluntary early release schemes, holiday pay and the Living Wage.
Frances is a member of the Law Society Equality & Diversity Sub-Committee and the Equality Lead for Clyde & Co (Scotland). She won the Social Inclusion Initiative in Employment Law Award at the Scottish Diversity Awards 2019.
