Graham Mitchell
Graham has been a qualified solicitor since 1998 and is accredited by the Law Society of Scotland as a specialist in Employment Law and Discrimination Law.
He has advised and successfully represented numerous local authorities at Tribunal over the years.
He has a particular interest in disability, redundancy, TUPE and holiday pay.
Chambers 2020 says that Graham is “an incredibly measured and insightful lawyer who spends a great deal of time understanding our business requirements before applying legal advice.”
