Lesley Henderson
Lesley Henderson, SPDS President 2021, is the HR and Support Services Manager at West Lothian Council. She has 30 years’ experience working in local government in operational and leadership HR roles.
Lesley has extensive knowledge and expertise across the HR function and has a particular interest in the impact of leadership on organisational effectiveness. She is passionate about supporting the delivery of excellent public services that improve people’s lives.
Over the last 12 month’s Lesley has worked with the SPDS Past President, Steven McNab, to support COSLA in a range of employment matters including COVID response and recovery and the SJC pay negotiations.
