Over the course of her career as a people and organisational change consultant, Rachel has worked with clients across the private and public sector both within the UK and internationally. Her areas of experience include behavioural change management, culture change and employee engagement, organisational development and learning, talent and people management, programme leadership and organisational transformation.
Rachel is an Executive Coach, holds a BSc in Psychology and is currently undertaking an MSc in Organisational Psychology.
She is passionate about creating working environments where people are able to flourish.
