A graduate of Strathclyde University and with a career working for four different local authorities, Steven has extensive knowledge and expertise across the HR profession. He has a keen interest in HR Strategy and Policy Development, Employment Law, Employee Engagement and developing talent in others. Steven’s work has been recognised at a number of COSLA and HR Network award ceremonies.
He is currently Head of Organisational Development, Policy and Communications at Inverclyde Council, a role he has enjoyed since 2014.
