Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, she is the lead officer for Resilience, a role that has kept her busy during the last 20 months! The day job includes Strategic HR (Victoria’s professional background); transactional services delivering pay, pensions and contractual HR; Health, Safety and Risk Management; Organisational Development, Digital & Change; and ICT. 

A key member of the Council’s Strategic Leadership Group, former President and active Office Bearer member of the SPDS, Victoria influences key decisions and policy at both local and national levels. As an active national adviser to COSLA, she currently leads on the National Job Evaluation portfolio group, has a watching brief on equal pay activity and is a member of the employment law and pensions portfolio groups.
