George has extensive experience in public sector reform and international development.

At Roffey Park he has held leadership roles including Director of Executive Education and Director of Open Programmes. He also leads on innovation within the institute, using his engineering background to inspire engaging learning experiences and operational effectiveness.

He has supported leaders across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors to develop strategy, navigate complexity and drive change. He particularly enjoys working with leaders who find themselves in complex and challenging political environments.

George was previously Regional Director for Europe and Africa at a Non-Departmental Public Body supporting democracy. He has also worked with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, the Department for International Development, the National Audit Office, the World Bank, various UN agencies, international organisations, foreign governments, and charities.
